Create a new user account + mailbox that will be used to send email. Create a new, dedicate user account, do not use the credentials of an existing user. And be sure to change the "Max number of messages you can send per day" to a number higher than the number of messages you expect to send. Be sure to record the username and password. You will use that information in the step below.
