Nameserver (NS) records are only set for the main domain.
Checking a subdomain likehelp.mayfirst.orgwon’t return results.
Remove the extra prefixes (help.orwww.) and look up the base domain likemayfirst.org
Open one of these DNS lookup tools:
Enter your base domain (e.g., mayfirst.org).
Select NS (Nameserver) as the record type if required.
Run the lookup.
Example result:

b.ns.mayfirst.org
c.ns.mayfirst.org
Run this command:
dig +short -t ns mayfirst.org
mayfirst.org with your base domain.Example output:
c.ns.mayfirst.org.
