You can tell if your particular web site is using the new infrastructure by logging into the members control panel navigating to your web configuration and looking in the top right corner for the name of your web site host:
If is starts with "weborigin" than you are on the new infrastructure. If it starts with an activist name, like mumia or albizu, then you are still on the old infrastructure.
